High definition (HD) Blu-Ray supplement includes filming using HD cameras at 1080i50 (the best resolution available on Blu-Ray), 3 copies of the edited video on fully chaptered and interactive BD-R Blu-Ray discs in presentation cases and the additional music copyright licence required. You also receive the 3 standard DVDs. A maximum edited length of 3 hours or a 2-BDR disc set applies. HD 1080p50 coverage to AVCHD disc is available on special request and at extra charge.

Ceremony only packages include arrival beforehand, the ceremony itself, signing the (mock) register and taking of the photographs at one location immediately afterwards. They may include a mock cake cut immediately on arrival at the reception if the venue is within 10 miles of the ceremony venue or is on the way back to our base.

Reception only packages include all aspects of the reception up to whichever is the later of the wedding breakfast, speeches or first dance provided they occur before 9pm (8pm for Silver) or within the maximum time stated.

All video packages include base music copyright licences and 3 fully-chaptered and interactive DVDs in presentation cases. Prices are for a maximum edited length of 3 hours or a 2-DVD set. Please ask for a quote for longer videos. Prices given are for video shot and edited in standard definition (SD) 16:9 aspect ratio and presented on DVD.

** The Platinum package starts with the Bride’s Preparation up to 3 hours before the start of the ceremony to allow for travelling time. Coverage of the preparation itself is usually 1 hour.

Video coverage of the ceremony is subject to the celebrant’s permission.

The term “ends by” means we will end coverage immediately after whichever is the later of your wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cut or first dance so long as it happens before the indicated time. You may purchase additional hourly coverage as shown to cover later events.

The price you pay is the price ruling on the day you book. We regret we are unable to accept provisional bookings. A £100 fee is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due as cleared funds 21 days before the event. We reserve the right to charge you for increases in copyright licence fees and other costs outside our control.
